Peter Silas: Peter, Founder and CEO of Enable Healthcare, is a successful entrepreneur.  Peter has founded Systems Integration and Technology Reselling business and built them to profitable commercial entities.  Over the past 4 years, under the capable leadership of Peter, Enable Healthcare team has developed several applications in business process automation, healthcare clinical documentation and process efficiency areas.  In 2006 Peter and team decided to develop an EHR system with the goal of offering Electronic Health Record solution and services in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) to independent physicians and small practices.  His vision combined with consistent effort and persistence of EHI team resulted in EHI’s EHR being delivered successfully as a service.

Rahul Dewan: Rahul leads EHI’s Product Development team; over the past 4 years, he has successfully recruited and built a core team specializing in Application Development, Testing, Provisioning and Support.  His leadership and motivational skills has resulted in this product developed in record time.   Rahul has successfully developed several healthcare products including clinical document management product, voice recognition work flow engine and several utility tools helping Transcriptionists and Physicians manage clinical documentation.  Rahul works out of our India headquarters in New Delhi and is also the Director of Operations managing the Product Development team.  Rahul is a graduate of University of Delhi and has prior experience of working in the Americas.

Anthony Subbiah: Anthony’s role in EHI is Business Development and establishing Strategic Relationships.  Anthony has been in Systems Integration business since 1993 and has been engaged in sales and business development roles in multiple organizations. A senior officer of UCA group of companies involved in Systems Integration and Professional Services business, Anthony was instrumental in growing UCA’s business over a period of 10+ years to achieve profitable revenues of $140+ million. Ultimately, leveraging market conditions to divest selected business units realizing optimal value for shareholders.  Anthony is able to draw upon established relationships in technology and health care verticals to identify, develop and promote strategic and channel partnerships enhancing EHI brand and growing its visibility.  Anthony is an alumnus of St. Mary’s, Halifax, where he earned his MBA. He has completed his Bachelor in Engineering from PSG Tech, India.

Hari Ramachandran: Hari, is a seasoned IT Professional with over twenty five years of experience (North America, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East Asia and Europe) in architecture, design, product management, project management and implementation of large enterprise applications in banking, finance and healthcare.  He is dynamic and delivery focused while being commercially astute and inspirational.  Hari’s experience in healthcare information technology has been an asset and he has been able to leverage his knowledge in the advisory capacity with EHI.  Hari’s responsibilities in EHI include but not limited to strategizing and advising on development of products/solutions while evangelizing EHI’s EHR solution.  Hari has a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Madras University, and a Diploma in Computer Science from Maharashtra Educational Board, India.

Anwer Qureishi:  Anwer is a seasoned entrepreneur and results and profit oriented manager versed in total project implementation and team development.  He has over 20 years experience in account management, business planning, establishing processes and project execution.  Anwer is versatile team builder who possesses outstanding interpersonal and excellent communication skills.  Accustomed to a fast pace and multiple projects environment, Anwer is adept at digital marketing and brand creation.  At EHI, Anwer is responsible for marketing activities and brand building through traditional and digital media.  Prior to joining EHI, Anwer has served in various capacities at Fortune 100 financial institutions including Union Bank of Switzerland, Hertz, JPMorgan Chase, American Express, Reuters and a few successful technology start-up’s.

Dr. Venkat Bala : An Internist by profession, Dr. Venkat Bala has been a medical Practitioner and  seasoned business executive for over 25 years in Healthcare Management,  Administration and Human Resources.  Over the years, Dr. Bala has worked in various capacities in the healthcare industry. Starting his career as a Practicing Physician, Dr. Bala soon moved to healthcare management, working in various senior positions including Medical Director and Healthcare Consultant for healthcare groups in Middle East for over 15 years. Sound knowledge in healthcare and management combined with in-depth analytical skills has rendered him an excellent administrator in all his healthcare management positions.
